GTV99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "gtv99") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh and every other country where gtv99 operates.

Meeting the following eligibility requirements is mandatory to use gtv99. Accounts cannot be created or services used if these conditions are not met. If ineligibility is established at a later stage, the account will be closed immediately.

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, your account balance is usually updated within 2–5 minutes.
• Using the correct payment reference when making a deposit is mandatory. gtv99 is not responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The number used to make the payment must match the registered number on your gtv99 account.

Withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Gtv99 reserves the right to freeze transactions if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

• Free Bet: Weekly free bets are awarded upon meeting certain conditions. Free bet winnings cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount is BDT 20. Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of the bet will apply, unless the system flags an error.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: In Live Betting, decisions may be delayed due to network latency. gtv99's decision is final in such matters.
• Cash out: The cash out option is not available on all bets. Cash out values are determined at gtv99's discretion.
• Multiple bets: For accumulator or combo bets, all selections must be correct — otherwise the entire bet is considered lost.

Gtv99 reserves the right to void any bet resulting from a technical error or incorrect odds. If an unusual volume of bets is placed by exploiting such an error, those bets will be cancelled and the associated accounts will be subject to investigation.

Gtv99 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information and financial data. Our platform is secured with SSL/TLS encryption, and we never sell user data to third parties.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If you log in on someone else's device, always log out when you are done.
